PRICES

There are 3 levels of access to our videos:

1. Free Registered User
This will give you access to the site so you can get an idea of all the videos we have to offer but watch only those we have made available for free.

2. Day Pass
For $10 you will be able to access all of our On Demand videos for 24 hours. Watch as much as you want as often as you want. You’ll have full access for 24 hours.

3. Subscription
For just $14.99 a month, your household will have full access to our video catalogue all day, every day as long as you keep the subscription going. In order to get this price, you must subscribe through our new database, Amilia. 

How do I subscribe?

If you already have an in-person fitness membership at the MNjcc, you have access to On Demand for free! 
If you don't have a fitness membership and only want a subscription to the On Demand platform, simply go sign up through our new registration system Amilia. You will then receive an email with your account info and how to sign in to mnjccondemand.ca.

Why are we moving most of our programming to a platform like On Demand?

On March 15, 2020, the MNjcc was forced to close its physical building due to COVID 19. However, we did not want to give up our important role as a community centre, so we quickly pivoted and began to offer online programs in a variety of formats and locations. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Zoom … there were simply too many platforms and many of our community members were missing out on content because it was so confusing. MNjcc On Demand is our one-stop-shop for much of our programming.  For one low monthly subscription fee, you’ll have access to everything from fitness to arts, from Jewish life to kids programming.  


How does it work?

As we mentioned above, there are three levels of access:

Can you log in on more than one device (if a parent and child want to watch different videos)?

We are currently allowing three (3) devices per email address to access the system under one monthly subscription price.

Can I watch with my friends and family?

Family... yes! The $14.99 per month subscription is for your household. Three devices within that household can enjoy our programming.
Friends... maybe, if you are all living in the same place. 

What is the Cancellation Policy?

To cancel your On Demand membership, please contact membership@mnjcc.org, or call us at 416-924-6211.

How long will fitness classes stay up on the site for me to watch?
Fitness classes will be available to watch beginning at the indicated time on our schedule and will last a minimum of 24 hours. Most will remain for at least a week. 

What if I can't afford it? Are there subsidies like your EAP program?

We no longer offer subsidized rates for On Demand service as the mobthly rate has been significantly reduced (from $36) and is now below the subsidized rate.

Will streaming continue when you reopen?

We re-opened on Oct 1, 2020, but we know that many in our community will not be comfortable being inside buildings, or close to other people. This platform will continue as long as there is a need and demand for it. 

Will all the JCC programs be brought On Demand?

Not all, no. Some of our programs will not translate well to our online platform. Programs like Hebrew classes, Suzuki music lessons, and virtual personal training will continue to be offered outside of the platform.

Is there a way to watch a video after it has left On Demand?

Unfortunately, no. In order to stay fresh and current, our new programs will be added on a regular basis, while old content will be removed. If you do miss out on something and REALLY want it back, please email help@mnjcc.org with the subject line “Please bring back” and the program name. If there are enough requests and we can reobtain permission, we will bring it back.
