20 Minute HIIT is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. High-Intensity Interval Training combines full-body strength training and cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. 

Afro-Caribbean Dance
unites dance, rhythm, and song. It creates an environment and dance community that nurtures, heals, renews, and inspires the body and spirit.

Indoor Cycling is the perfect low-impact exercise to improve cardiovascular function and endurance and decrease stress levels.  You will need a stationary bike to participate.

Essentrics is a fluid, dynamic technique that is challenging and healing at the same time. Essentrics is a full-body stretching and strengthening program designed to decompress joints and rebalance and lengthen your muscles.

Full Body Workout 
is one that anyone can do at home with little to no equipment. Depending on the class, you'll target all your muscles, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. The workout is full of tried-and-true classics, from squats and lunges to push-ups and more!

Fundamental Fitness
is primarily for active older adults and is about 1/3 low impact cardio, 1/3 muscle conditioning, 1/3 stretch. 

Groove (videos expire after 1 week) is a dance-based workout with a limited emphasis on choreography and a larger focus on movement exploration that draws on a variety of dance styles.

Learn to Latin Dance will teach you the steps to a variety of different Latin styles in just 5 weeks!  You'll have a blast and enjoy some great cardio while you're at it!

Pilates (Derek's classes expire after 1 week) 
is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.

Strength 
is a class that anyone can do at home with little to no equipment. Depending on the class, you'll target all your muscles, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. The workout is full of tried-and-true classics, from squats and lunges to push-ups and more!

Strength and Tone (final class July 31)
 is a muscle building and conditioning class focusing on high repetitions and lightweight. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component.  

Stretch & Strength combines elements from many areas of fitness to strengthen your core and body while increasing your flexibility.

Yoga Flow is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. 

Zumba (videos expire after 24 hours) will make your workout feel like a dance party!  Sweat and sway while you perform simple choreography to great Latin music.
